What this policy covers

This policy applies to emdr.connectbeyondhealing.com and other Beyond Healing Institute marketing properties. It does NOT apply to any Beyond Healing Center or Beyond Healing Psychiatry clinical service — those follow separate HIPAA-compliant notices provided at intake.

Information we collect

When you opt in to a lead magnet, register for a training cohort, or otherwise submit a form, we collect the information you provide (typically email, name, and professional license details). When you visit the site, we collect standard web analytics data (pages viewed, source of the visit, browser and device information) via Google Analytics 4 and a Meta Pixel.

How we use it

• To deliver the resources, emails, or trainings you've requested.
• To send you related clinical and training content from Beyond Healing Institute. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link at the bottom of any email.
• To analyze and improve the performance of our marketing.
• To run advertising campaigns on Meta platforms and Google Ads.

We don't sell your information.

We don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We use standard tools (Google Analytics, Meta, our CRM at GoHighLevel, Stripe for payments) and our information sharing with them is limited to what's needed to operate this site and the trainings.
