What you get when you register

A confirmed seat in the cohort you registered for, with all training materials delivered electronically before the cohort begins. In-person attendees receive on-site materials at check-in in Springfield, MO. Zoom attendees receive Zoom links and digital materials by email.

After cohort completion, you receive your CE certificate within two weeks, plus access to the post-training consultation pathway.

Refund policy

• More than 30 days before cohort start: full refund.
• 14 to 30 days before cohort start: 50% refund.
• Less than 14 days before cohort start: no refund, but your seat may be transferred one time to a future cohort within 12 months.

Payment plans

If you registered on the 8-month payment plan, your monthly installments continue on the same day each month until the plan is complete. If you cancel your registration before all installments have been collected, the refund schedule above applies to the total tuition amount; we'll either refund or stop future installments according to where you are in the schedule.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a cohort if minimum enrollment isn't met or for circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel a cohort, you can transfer your registration to a future cohort or receive a full refund — your choice.

ADA accessibility

We work to make our trainings accessible. If you need an accommodation — interpreter, materials in a specific format, dietary needs, mobility considerations, etc. — email BHI@beyondhealinginstitute.com at registration so we can plan with you.

Grievances

If you have a concern about how a training was delivered or about your experience with BHI faculty, write to BHI@beyondhealinginstitute.com. We commit to acknowledging your message within two business days and following up within ten.
